Breakfast/Lunch: Veggie Omelet with cheddar cheese, hash browns, and fruit.

Dessert: Mini German Chocolate Cake Tart (VERY mini, maybe 1.5 inch across) from Whole Foods

Dinner: Turkey sandwich with avocado, cheddar cheese, hummus and tomato on sourdough bread, 1/2 baked potato with cheese and fat free sour cream, asparagus, Ginger Ale

Exercise: mild (walked around downtown for a bit)

No clue what the calories are today. Maybe I’ll try to look them up later. I do feel like I was decently healthy today with all the veggies and fruit though! So that’s something. 🙂
