Breakfast/Lunch: Red Robin turkey burger with no topping. Only 502 cal.

Dinner: I have no idea. I went to this really fancy restaurant with work, and it was a group order. I was full before we finished with appetizers. I do know I had a few crackers, some bread and cheese, one scallop, a few bites of salad, and a few bites of dessert. Not exactly sure how I filled up on that, but I was stuffed. Brought home tons of leftovers though!

Exercise: none

I’d be surprised if I broke 1200 calories for the day, and when I went to bed, I was hungry. I would have eaten a snack, but falling asleep on a full stomach is problematic for me.
