Breakfast/Lunch: Tuna sandwich! Even with the low fat mayo, some relish, and cheddar cheese, I would estimate that the sandwich was only about 500 cal max. Add in chips and hummus though (300 cal).

Dinner: Panera French Onion Soup in a breadbowl and 1/2 turkey artichoke panini. Plus 1/2 of a Rita’s gelati with fat free ice cream. Yumm.
