Breakfast/Lunch: Grilled turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese and honey mustard, chips, and a pickle. Plus a small slice of cake. Probably went a bit overboard on calories… gonna estimate 1000-1200 ish.

Dinner: Panera! Garden Veggie Pesto soup  in a breadbowl, plus the smoked turkey sandwich, ends up about 1060

Exercise: Mild

Eeek, definitely over 2000 today! 😦
