Breakfast/Lunch:  Omelete with egg subsitute… had turkey sausage, avocado, tomato and cheese… plus two slices of sourdough bread and some hash browns. No idea about the calorie count, but whatever it was, it wasn’t worth it. The food was mediocre.

Dinner: Turkey sandwich with cheese, sourdough bread, tomato, and honey mustard. Side of cottage cheese and banana. Pretty healthy meal altogether.

Exercise: Moderate, I guess… we walked around the city a little, and then came back to the apartment and cleaned for several hours.
