Breakfast/Lunch:  Omelete with egg subsitute… had turkey sausage, avocado, tomato and cheese… plus two slices of sourdough bread and some hash browns. No idea about the calorie count, but whatever it was, it wasn’t worth it. The food was mediocre.

Dinner: Turkey sandwich with cheese, sourdough bread, tomato, and honey mustard. Side of cottage cheese and banana. Pretty healthy meal altogether.

Exercise: Moderate, I guess… we walked around the city a little, and then came back to the apartment and cleaned for several hours.

Breakfast/Lunch: Grilled turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese and honey mustard, chips, and a pickle. Plus a small slice of cake. Probably went a bit overboard on calories… gonna estimate 1000-1200 ish.

Dinner: Panera! Garden Veggie Pesto soup  in a breadbowl, plus the smoked turkey sandwich, ends up about 1060

Exercise: Mild

Eeek, definitely over 2000 today! 😦

Breakfast/Lunch: Tuna sandwich! Even with the low fat mayo, some relish, and cheddar cheese, I would estimate that the sandwich was only about 500 cal max. Add in chips and hummus though (300 cal).

Dinner: Panera French Onion Soup in a breadbowl and 1/2 turkey artichoke panini. Plus 1/2 of a Rita’s gelati with fat free ice cream. Yumm.

Breakfast: I had one of my breakfast burritos! Calories unknown, but I’d guess 400-500 or so.

Lunch: 1/2 of a Qdoba vegetarian burrito. (It’s a burrito-tastic day, completely by coincidence.) Since I only had half, it’s about 650 cal.

Dinner: Whatever leftovers were from last night. I’m guessing a lot. There was rice, chicken, lamb, pizza, broccoli, asparagus and 2 little bite-sized desserts.

But, in my defense, it was free! I didn’t really have a ton, so even if it was dense with calories, I didn’t consume too many. Still, pretty sure I went over the 2k mark. Darn.

Breakfast/Lunch: Red Robin turkey burger with no topping. Only 502 cal.

Dinner: I have no idea. I went to this really fancy restaurant with work, and it was a group order. I was full before we finished with appetizers. I do know I had a few crackers, some bread and cheese, one scallop, a few bites of salad, and a few bites of dessert. Not exactly sure how I filled up on that, but I was stuffed. Brought home tons of leftovers though!

Exercise: none

I’d be surprised if I broke 1200 calories for the day, and when I went to bed, I was hungry. I would have eaten a snack, but falling asleep on a full stomach is problematic for me.

Breakfast/Lunch: Panera Vegitable Pesto Soup in a breadbowl, turkey sandwich on sourdough plus cheddar cheese, 1/2 cookie

Dinner: Breakfast burrito! Scrambled some eggs (with a few egg whites added), added green peppers, turkey sausage, black beans, potatoes, and a bit of cheddar cheese to a whole wheat tortilla. Yumm, and pretty healthy too! Still hungry afterwards, so I had two pieces of honey wheat toast with pumpkin butter.

Exercise: none (unless you count walking back and forth between work buildings twice today)

Again, didn’t count calories, but I think I did pretty well today. The soup is one of the low fat kinds, and I got a regular sandwich instead of one of the greasy/creamy paninis. The breakfast burrito I based somewhat off of this recipe, so I have about 12 more in the freezer. I bought avocados to put in as well but by the time I got to them I was tired, plus I felt like the burritos had enough to be going on with. I used about 12 eggs (plus 3 egg whites), so each burrito only has one egg or so, plus black beans, a bit of turkey sausage (about half a link per burrito), a bit of potato, green peppers, and a touch of cheddar cheese.

Maybe I’ll actually start eating breakfast for real again. 🙂

Breakfast/Lunch: Veggie Omelet with cheddar cheese, hash browns, and fruit.

Dessert: Mini German Chocolate Cake Tart (VERY mini, maybe 1.5 inch across) from Whole Foods

Dinner: Turkey sandwich with avocado, cheddar cheese, hummus and tomato on sourdough bread, 1/2 baked potato with cheese and fat free sour cream, asparagus, Ginger Ale

Exercise: mild (walked around downtown for a bit)

No clue what the calories are today. Maybe I’ll try to look them up later. I do feel like I was decently healthy today with all the veggies and fruit though! So that’s something. 🙂
